Responsible for implementing and overseeing the day to day administration, finance, and operations of this newly created program. Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop efficient and streamlined operations to achieve departmental goals. Oversee program's regulatory process, vendor relationships, business processes and stakeholder engagement. Developing communication strategies associated with the program's operational requirements for a variety of audiences, including citizens, employers, employees, and other state agencies.
