The Root Café is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
Driving Directions:
Root is located in Shetland Park, 35 Congress Street, Suite 2350, third floor. Pass guard house on your left and go straight back to the water. Parking is on right and building entrance is on left.
About Us
Root provides young people, ages 16-24,with a pathway out of the cycle of poverty through a culinary workforce development program that leads them to employment and economic independence.
