About the Role Witch Pix is hiring a full-time General Manager to help lead our studio through a dynamic, high-touch blend of guest service, creative oversight, and business operations. As second-in-command to the owner, this role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in fashion retail, boutique hospitality, or immersive customer experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations and help manage a team that grows to 25+ during peak season. With a strong photography team in place, this position emphasizes costume styling, customer service, retail performance, and marketing execution. A hands-on leadership style and comfort moving between strategy and frontline work are essential. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily studio operations and guest experience with photographers, stylists, and a seasoned photography manager • Hire, train, and supervise seasonal and year-round staff with a focus on fashion-forward styling and customer confidence • Oversee costume care, retail merchandising, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and facility upkeep • Partner with the owner on marketing strategy and execution, including social media delegation, seasonal campaigns, and creative content • Maintain high standards in workflow, service delivery, and sales processes during both peak and off-peak periods What We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Leadership experience in fashion retail, boutique hospitality, or themed attractions • Strong organizational and communication skills with the initiative to lead projects • Passion for empowering customers through costume, fashion, or immersive experiences • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, reservation platforms, and creative tools like Canva or Adobe Suite • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak season (Sept–Oct) • Physical stamina to work on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs Why Witch Pix? • Competitive salary: $55,000–$70,000 base + performance bonus • Leadership role with creative influence and growth potential • Unique, woman-led small business environment • A chance to empower customers through creativity, storytelling, and style Apply today and help lead one of Salem’s most magical, memorable experiences! ?
