After an incredible response to our first Circles, Not Ladders gathering, we're excited to bring this conversation back for a second round. Circles, Not Ladders is the Salem Chamber's fresh take on leadership and mentorship for women of all identities, creating spaces rooted in shared wisdom, authentic conversation, and meaningful connection.

Our next gathering builds on the energy and insight of our inaugural event, bringing together women across industries and leadership stages to exchange ideas, navigate challenges, and learn from one another. Through guided small-group discussions, participants will share experiences, explore new perspectives, and strengthen the relationships that help us grow personally and professionally.
