An Evening Overlooking Salem Harbor

The Phoenix School was created almost forty years ago by Betsye and Barbara, two of the most innovative educators, to offer students an active voice and role in their classroom and their education. Today, The Phoenix School continues its progressive, experience-driven learning within the community of Salem. Join The Phoenix School and community of Salem in honoring Barbara’s and Betsye’s memory on June 28th at 6 pm at Root. It will be an evening of amazing food, drink, and celebration all while raising financial support for The Phoenix School’s core values of creativity, perseverance, citizenship, innovation, and empathy that Barbara and Betsye began 38 years ago.
