Marathon Sports - Salem Run Club (Weekly Monday Night Run)
Welcome to the Marathon Sports - Salem Run Club!
This is your weekly reminder for the Marathon Sports - Salem Run Club! We will meet at the store at 6:00 PM for a guided warmup from our on-staff coach Jason! The run will start at 6:15 PM! We will be doing strides after the run! (weather dependent) The current loop is a 5k! Click this link to see the Salem Run Club 5k Strava Map!
As always, all paces and skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to come! (Average pace 10:00/mile) We have a wide range of paces during our group runs! Some who are in and around the 7:30-8:00/mile range with others in and around the 13:00-14:00/mile range! If you have any questions about paces please do not hesitate to reach out!
