DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our Inaugural "The World Needs You Here" 3 Mile Walk to be held on the Salem Common in Salem\, MA sponsored by Mental Makeover! After 31/2 years of establishing our roots in Salem\, our organization just officially became a non-profit and we felt a Walk in our hometown would be the best opportunity to showcase all we are doing in the community while at the same time to honor our good friend\, Sarah Starion\, someone very close to us\, we lost in May of 2020. Not only do we want to honor her and grieve for all the people we've lost\, we also want our community to know that even if they are struggling with their mental health or are feeling down\, we care about them and want them to know that the world needs them here. \n\n\n\nFee's: \n\n$25 through 3/31\n\n$30 through 5/30\n\n$35 through 7/24\n\n$40 Walk Week \n\n$50 on Event Day \n\n***Youth 15 & Under   $25 (no price increase)\n\n\n\nSwag: Super soft\, commemorative unisex t-shirts\, guaranteed to the first 350 participants. \n\nTeam Category: This is an easy and fun way to recruit your family\, friends & colleagues. Teams must consist of at least 5+ people. Prizes will be awarded to the top three largest teams. \n\nPacket Pickup/Event Day Reg: Opens on race day at 8:45AM at the Salem Common.\n\n\n\nCourse: A 3 mile walk starting and finishing at the Salem Common. Map will be available soon at www.high5em.com \n\n\n\nPost Walk Festivities: Entertainment will be provided along with a slew of community sponsors and vendors will be on site\, kids games\, an assortment of food/drink will be available\, including but not limited to non alcoholic beer from Athletic Brewing\, Kate's Real Bars and more. \n\n\n\nParking: There is ample parking around the Common\, just be mindful of permit only parking areas.\n\nParking Lots:\n\nMuseum Place Garage (1 Church St)\n\nBridge Street Lot (1 New Liberty St)\n\nSouth Harbor Garage (245 Derby St) \n\n\n\nDonations: Can't make the event\, but would like to make a donation?
