Established in 2011\, The Inner Cycle was the first spin studio on the North Shore. The studios feature brand new Stages bikes\, top of the line audio and lighting equipment\, and the best instructors around. This is not your average spin class! Inner Cycle has evolved into a welcoming community of riders\, of all ages and fitness levels\, who come together to workout and have fun in an inviting and inclusive environment.\n\nRibbon Cuttings are free to attend and all are invited. Entrance is located in the back of 142 Canal St.\, Suite B (facing the new bike path and railroad). Follow the Starbucks drive-thru\, past Artful Life and turn right.
