DESCRIPTION:The Salem Rotary Club and the Salem Chamber of Commerce have joined forces for a Leadership Luncheon with Nicole Mclaughlin\, Executive Director of Plummer Youth Promise. Enjoy a buffet luncheon with members of the Salem Rotary and Chamber while hearing from Nicole and her experience leading this amazing child welfare organization.\n\nNicole has dedicated nearly two decades to Plummer Youth Promise\, serving in various leadership roles including Board Chair\, Director of Development\, Director of Strategy and Advancement\, and ultimately\, Executive Director since 2020. She spearheaded the organization's transformation from a group residence for boys into a multi-service child welfare organization\, aiming to restore the promise of a safe\, stable\, and emotionally secure family relationship for youth in foster care. She also oversees a multimillion-dollar capital campaign which has resulted in opening a new youth residence on Winter Island in June. \n\n\n\nTicket includes buffet luncheon at the Hawthorne Hotel.
