DESCRIPTION:Join certified yoga instructor (and Hamilton Hall staff member) Rebecca Johnson on Monday\, July 13 from 6:30PM - 7:45PM for a special pop-up yoga class benefitting two local Salem nonprofits: Salem Sound Coastwatch and Hamilton Hall. All ticket sales will go to support both organizations.\n\nWhether you've loved yoga for years or have always wanted to try it\, please join us for this special event.\n\nChoose a spot underneath the sparkling chandelier\, beside the fireplace\, or alongside one of the tall windows in our third-floor Supper Room.\n\nRoll out your mat onto the hardwood floor or the beautiful rug. Stretch out and relax in a space that's witnessed generations of feasts\, toasts\, and lively celebrations.\n\nBreathe spaciousness into your body and mind as you move through a warming and relaxing flow of stretches and poses. Beginners are welcome!\n\nPlease bring: your own mat and any props you'd like. We will provide refreshing lemon water.
