DESCRIPTION:Join the Salem Chamber of Commerce for a Coffee Connection networking event at Real Pirates Salem! Enjoy a morning of networking & coffee with your fellow Salem Chamber members. This exhibit tells the story of "Black Sam" Bellamy\, his capture of the slave ship Whydah\, and the wrecking off the coast of Cape Cod in a violent storm. Artifacts and treasure from this famous pirate ship lay buried under sand and water for more than 300 years. Real Pirates Salem is a great family friendly attraction featuring the world's only fully authenticated pirate treasure ever discovered\, a Discovery Lab to learn more about underwater archaeology and preservation techniques\, and audio tour narrated by famed underwater archaeological explorer Barry Clifford who uncovered the treasure! \n\n\n\nAll Salem Chamber Coffee Connections are free for Salem Chamber members and first-time attendees. $20 for non-members.
