Front Desk Manager
Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites is seeking a Front Desk Manager. Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk, Parking, and Reservations. Management responsibility in the absence of the GM and Operations Mgr. This applicant should have 1-2 years previous managerial experience in a hotel/office atmosphere. Ideally with a hospitality education and strong knowledge in Opera or similar PMS. Some additional duties include: Assist with Rate Management, OTA/Micros/GDS, and Labor Tracking tools/Scheduling. Proper and expedient handling of all guest problems and complaints. This position will need strong safety and security awareness and will mainly be scheduled in the evenings and on weekends. Full flexibility a must.
